Let’s face it – I’m not the best longboarder in the world! I’ve only done this since the summer of 2003.
But I have two great teams to help me out: Old School in Växjö and The CruiseAiders in Linköping.
It's mainly they who show up in pictures and videos in this school.
Practicing the tricks in the school you will probably find out one thing—asphalt
allergy. The symptoms are nasty rashes. They appear after close contact to any tarmac and there is no treatment.
The only solution is to wear protective gear.
But why English? I did not find any comprehensive beginners school
on the net when I bought my first board so we like to fill that gap. And also, we have
family members in Poland and other foreign countries. Anyway, most expressions
and names are English anyway.
